Farason will take on levels of integration with other machine vendors equipment in order to facilitate a completely integrated solution enabling an end user to have a single source for line implementations.

For all Robotic projects Farason will initiate system simulation, prior to completion of design. Payloads, Joint Inertias, Reach Studies are all performed to solidify the project for design review purposes and before material purchasing begins.

Farason actively investigates new technologies in preparation for what's next in the industry, upon customer request the R&D team will also perform Proof of Principle work for real world testing and simulation of particular project challenges. Even if a project is actively under testing the R&D team will jump in to solidify solutions for unforeseen challenges with concepts that may be flawed.

Farason has 25+ years of system certification experience anything from OSHA, ANSI, RIA, UL508A, NFPA 79, to CE marking for EU environments. We have successfully passed certification testing for EMC requirements allowing equipment into several EU countries.
We routinely have control panels and equipment inspected by UL, TÜV Rheinland, and Eurofins (formerly MET Labs).
Farason is a certified UL508A control panel shop.
